Do you need to make an exchange or a return?

Once the order is received if you are not satisfied, you can change or return the any product.

Which are the cases the returns and exchanges are accepted?

  • I want to change my article for another one.
  • I received my order in bad conditions.
  • The product is not what I expected.

The returns and exchanges only will be accepted within 30 natural days after the order is delivered.

The steps to ask for a return or exchanged are:

Please contact us through the mail info@ceroil.com and tell us the order number, name and the reason why you want to make an exchange or return.
The articles you want to exchange or return must be sent in the same conditions which was received. Please send the item using or including its original packaging in addition to the instructions, documentation and packaging that may come with it.

Once the package arrives and after examine it we will inform you if you have the right to exchange or return and we will notify you by e-mail.

Defective product:

In case of a defective product, you must contact info@ceroil.com within 30 days of receiving the order and send us an image where the defect is clearly shown, and we will try to verify the product is really defective.

If you have to send the product to our offices, CEROIL will take care of the shipping costs. At the moment we verified the product is defective, a refund or exchange will be made to the affected user.

Wrong order:

If you receive an order that does not correspond to what you had bought, you must contact info@ceroil.com within a maximum period of 14 days from the reception of the order and send us an image showing what you received with its respective references. We will give you a solution once we verified its content.

If you have to send the product to the offices, CEROIL will take care of the shipping costs. When we verify the order is wrong, the refund or exchange will be made at the affected User.

The product must not have been used and must be sent in its original packaging.

Do I have to pay anything to ship the product?

All shipping costs associated to an exchange or return will be paid by the buyer, unless the products are defective o wrong.

Deadline to receive the refund:

Once the package has been returned to our offices, it is processed before proceeding to approve the return. The product must be sent within 30 natural days since receipt of the order, it must not have been used and it has to be in its original packaging.

If the return of your product is approved, a full refund of the merchandise price will be issued within a maximum period of 14 natural days and you will be notified of the transaction by mail. Once your refund is issued, it will be effective in 2-3 business days.
